If you need to tap in to the electrical system this is a great option. This device plugs into the existing fuse slot. This device maintains the original amp rating on the original circuit and gives you a second fused circuit for your use. Easy to use and no soldering. It's called "Mini Add-A-Circuit" made by Littlefuse Inc part # FHM 200 ZP , OFHMO200ZP. I found this at Pep Boys but I have seem them in other places. I needed a 12 volt constant power supply there is two options in the SJB. Slots 4 & 6 I choose # 4 Accs. Delay & Ign. vs # 6 which is the Brake Pedal Position switch & Pressure switch. Didn't want to take any chances with the brake system. Pictures are as follows:
1) Package that part came in
2) Fuse device before installation
3) Fuse device inserted into fuse block

I have used these on many projects so I alway keep one around just incase I'm in the lighting mood!!!
Hope this is of some use. My mother said Sharing is Caring...:biggrin

Yes sir they are a wonderful piece and a great item to share. So much better than soldering a wire to a fuse or for than matter splicing into an existing lead.

I keep both the mini and the standard fuse version of these in my facility at all times.

We have used them for several years and they are a "PERFECT" way create a power tap while retaining the OEM fuse and then allowing one to define an alternate AMP rating all its own on the added power tap.

Thanks for the info

I agree,

The problem with the GT is that there are no power taps available within the wiring harness. So this is a clean way to tap into car's electrical system without cutting wires.

Thanks for the info. :thumbsup
