Well made; powder coated; enough room for everything. Rubber mat top and locking tool drawer. Comes in black too.

Nice looking.
I have the exact same Sears vacuum.
 
Here is my creation. I used a Rubbermaid janitorial cart, add a couple of drawer slides

I have that US General cart in my garage, and it is actually quite decent.
