These are the first Pods out of the production molds and they look great !! These are the first Carbon Fiber Pod units . Let me tell you they are awesome !!.. Now I'm not going to try to twist anyone's arm but if you have a set of Silver FG ones on order and you want to upgrade we can work it out it's not to late.
I wanted to make sure we had all of the details were worked out before we went to press. CF, Silver color , Flocking etc... The CF units here show the interior flocked finish. I will be applying the same Ford GT graphics to the CF units but in Silver. That should really pop.. I hope to have some photos of the graphics next week.
Also note that these Pods can be used in other ways besides holding bottles of fluids. There are various after market devices sold that will fit nicely into the Pods.
Here is a little Combo ash tray/ trash holder or it could be used to hold other items.. It slips in and out of the Pod easily. The Pods will also hold a typical 2" gage.. Don't laugh at the ash tray bit.. If you've been around here awhile there was a post where someone made a make shift ash tray that just sat on the instrument panel... I will search for other useful devices and may make some of my own. Now you have some more options for quick easy space..
