Thanks Ralphie. Some great engineering went into all of that. Curious about the economics without government subsidies.
 
Pretty crazy to see the labor involved considering the hundreds? of these staring you in the face near Palm Springs.

as a side note... After Drilling my gas and oil wells in Pa., I was considering offering one of my 'windy' ridges to a company for a big turbine (or several)
But we also have a large Hawk and Bald Eagle population. I was advised that as the big raptors search the ground for prey , they continue to look down rather than forward as they circle. The are then unknowingly hit and killed by the blades that travel at a very quick tip speed..
