It was that time of year again, Time to blow up safes :party
Had a great time. Flew in to Ohio and saw Tim and his car collection :cheers
Really cool cars he has. But it was raining so all we could do is look. Never the less it was a treat Thanks Tim:thumbsup
Then I hooked up with another buddy and drove to Md.
The safe in these pics has had many attempts to blow it open and has become an embarassment.
So this year we packed 45 lbs of HE in it and boy did it go.:banana:banana
To put things in perspective most of the safes were opened with between 3-5 lbs of HE. So 45 lbs was a whole lot.
A few things to know that suprised me :confused
See Minnie? well her head survived the blast. :eek
The amound of forinsic evedince that is left behind is increadable it is no wonder they catch the bad gus that do this .

Nice suit Todd. You didn't tell me you liked explosives. Was there anything in the safe? I used to blow up things as well and now I can't hear anymore.

Tim is doing just fine and fingers are coming along good.
You did notice there are no finger protection in the suit. The guy say all the suit is good for is so you can have an open casket at your funeral:banana

Piccola your email adress is private. If you pm me I will send you a vid from last year where this safe did not explode.
We tried using a water bomb on it and it contained the blast shooting the water about 100 feet in the air like a whale.
Video and pics for this year are not completely edited yet. We are not allowed to show certian faces for public veiwing.
 
There's no problem in life that can't be solved by a few well placed explosives ehhhh Todd? :lol

Thanks for the post ... brought back memories of "if this is what it calls for a few more X (oz or pds) can't hurt" .... never liked check c-4 back in anyway. Too much paperwork. :willy

Started many a campfire with it .... just had to remember not to kick it out! :ack
