Received the vents and they look great. I was planning to store them until needed and then paint, but kind of interested to see how the raw aluminum tops look installed next to black sides.

Received the side vents this afternoon and installed them immediately. Installation was a snap, they fit perfectly and look just like stock! I retired the originals to the shelf to keep company with with the plastic top vents I replaced a couple of years ago. Great parts, thanks for making them available. Too bad your guy isn't going to make alloy bits any more ...

Got the top vents and powder coated side vents and both look great. Anyone have experience with having the top vents paintedor tips for prep and painting?

Received the engine compartment braces yesterday. And, they look gorgeous !
Will install for fit check next week while trying to find someone to do Hydro Dip Carbon Fiber print finishing. Any suggested sources ?

Also had my top and side vents picked up today. Great product. This is my second set for the other GT. This set is the raw alum. Wow!! Great, shiny and very smooth work. My first set I had painted to match the original paint on the car - Blue top vents and black side vents. These were so well done you can't tell the difference from stock and these ones unless you touch them. My original coloured set were removed before they warped and are stored in a box for the future.
Thx for the great work and great pieces. These should have come on the car as original equipment IMHO.

A good friend of mine on the forum (KDOGT) just sold his car due to issues from a past health incident and is liquidating all of the small parts he has left over. He has a set of OEM style "polished" side vents if any one is interested. $600 shipped...PM me

Finally Installed
Had the engine braces polished , but looked too "bright/shinny". So, had areas masked off and powder coated in statin black.

For 10 years everyone was always complaining about the top vents. I never knew why. Mine seemed fine. Took my son out for a dine, drive, and casual photos.
Opened the clam shell to take photos of the engine bay. Upon closing, it rattled quite loudly. And one of the top vents seemed to pop a little.
Upon further checking, many of the posts were brittle or cracked! So glad that the whole thing didn't take flight during a drive.
John, do you still have any of the top vents in remaining stock?
