Has anyone ever had a Ford Back Up Sensor installed on a GT? When backing out, in a tight area, sometimes it is hard to feel for where the rear of the car ends. Does anyone know if one could be installed without much of a problem?

That's why you always need a passenger.

Phoenix,

When I bought my DeLorean back in '83, I felt the same way. With the GT it's even tougher when backing up. I will be looking info a system that is either microwave, ultrasonic or video to assist in this problem. Unfortunately, at this moment I am very busy with work, so this will probably take longer than I want. My friend commented that the front of my GT reminded him of his rare '69 Dodge Daytona Charger (which had a long snout).

It would be wise to investigate what other automobile manufacturers are using in their backup alarms.
