Update:
We are waiting for the main bearing to come in. They were on b/o from the supplier apparently and this is what is keeping the whole thing from being put together.

Jessie at Muscle Motors just gave me a call and said he had the shifter in stock and would be shipping it to me tomorrow. :banana :banana

Anyone who has the factory short shifter that will be trying this version from MMP? Is it an availability issue or are there some design advantages?
