Anti-vibration camera mount?

I've seen some pretty good vids on here and was wondering what type of camera mounts you use for the in car vids?

I saw a mount at the Texas Mile that had red rubber between the camera mount and the roll bar. Don't know the brand but something with anti-vibration dampner is what I need.

Its a universal mount.
