This was posted on a Cobra web site, strange choices. The only ones I would agree with are the last three, which are not in the top 10.

10 Automobiles I would pick over the Ford GT
I received a PM asking what cars I enjoyed better than the Ford GT. Well every day is a new day and tastes change and one day I may enjoy this one better than the other. Lines of a car, engineering, mood of the day are factors. Now because of this I took the Bruce Meyer approach. When he adds to his collection he sells one to make space for a new one. Hence he must like the newer auto better than the one it replaces. With that in mind here goes. (I won't mention any early cars manufactured in Stamford, Norwalk or anywhere in Connecticut).

Cunningham Special --Commemorates three speed records by DePalma at Sheepshead Speedway. One of the first boattail designs.

Maybach V-12 Zeppelin

Stout Scarab

M-B 540K Special Roadster

'37 Peugeot 402 Darl'Mat Roadster

Pegaso Z

MB 300SL alloy

OSCA S 5187

Jaguar E type

Bizzarrini 5300GT

And a tons of American muscle!

I think it would be tougher if it was the GT40 because the Ford GT had a large number made and more or less a reason to make a tribute car.

I would also pick the McLaren F1, P1 and next years limited P1 track.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Even if it's the wrong one. :wink
Teasing aside who wants a world filled with only one car? GT for me. Everyone one else can go find what makes their pulse race.

I see only two possibilities from the list .... the Pegaso and the Bizzarini. The Pegaso could not be a driver (impossible to get parts ...),and the Bizzarini wouldn't be easy to find parts for either (except for the Chevy drive train). I would still want to have a GT as a driver!
