Does anyone make a supercharger pulley in 2.9" or 3.0". Need to buy ASAP!

I think the Roush pulley is a 3.0..actually I know someone that might have one in stock.

Call Ken Thomas at Sam Packs Five Star Ford in Carrollton (972) 242-5117. Just ask for Parts and then Ken. Tell him you are calling about a Roush pulley setup for a GT that Matt told you about.

I had a custom 2.9 cut from Billet Alum. I only removed it due to I purchased a KB snout. It cost me $350 I would sell it for $250. PM me if your interested. I ran it for about 300 miles and it worked fine.

Has anyone dared to try a 2.7" pulley for track lapping days?

The power would be nice but with all the extra intake charge heat I would be worried about blowing a motor, especially on 91 octane!

The same goes for 200mph+ runs...I doubt a tiny 2.7" pulley spinning the blower like mad for extended time is a good idea if you want your engine to last :eek

Anyone :confused

The standard upgrade that people do is the Heffner Pulley and tune. This is a 2.7" pulley and tune for 91 or 93 octane. This will add about 80-100 to the rear wheels. I would say that its been done BY ALOT of people...

Best mod shop for Ford GT in N. California?

How much HP does the 3" pulley give?

I'm almost certain the Roush pulley is 2.8".

They told me 80mm which is 3.15". Not sure where the confilcting info comes from :confused Plus if the Roush really was 2.8" it would give more than 25hp.

I thought I read the Roush pulley was around a 3.10 or 3.15, 25 or so add hp and didn't require a retune? I couldn't see much of a reason to go that route.

The Henessey pulley is 2.63...16psi boost ...642rwhp , 589 torque with IDA. My car had 4000 miles when I did the upgrade. 8200 miles now and I have run several track sessions at MSRHouston with absolutely no issues. Repalced the front rotors and pads under warranty at about 6000 miles. Other than that, oil changes every 2000 miles. Just had fuel leak in gas rail and power steering pump just replaced under warrant.
