Had a fantastic time on the big track at Summit Point, West Virginia with Mike from PA and Rich from VA. Phil showed up a big late with his '06, and the weather couldn't have been better as it rained all around us but never a drop on the track.

Have to thank Rich for reminding me of this event and Mike for all the food, drink, and cigars.

Next fairly local event will be at VIR, full course, 2 days, October 17 and 18 with the SVT Cobra Mustang Club.

Let's see if this works, I tried putting my first 12 and slowest laps on you tube followed by a go karting session . . . .

GO KART http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fYzQNkxeJc

I think my top speed for the first session approached 130, and by the end of the day I was in the 150's and still coasting before braking. Each event I learn a lot. The corners got much smoother/quicker as the day went on.

As for the go karts, I couldn't help myself; and each lap around I was either getting run into or had to avoid spun out karts, knocked over tire barriers and barrels, a great experience.
