Some of that will depend on the production number of the 05 (GT Joey discusses this in his book), and of course there are some ‘05 only colors and ‘06 only colors.

running production line improvements are a good thing. Makes me happy that I have a July 2006 build

Some authors have opined that quality went down in the late 06 cars as the production line was winding down. My car is a very late 06 and has been bulletproof , however.
