I don't think it is stamped on the chassis anywhere. The places where you can find it are on the plate riveted to the left side of the dash just behind the windshield lower edge, a sticker on the driver's side door edge, stamped on the transaxle top, and stickers on some other hidden locations...

Yes. It is easily removed; if I remember correctly, only two large socket head screws attach it to the bulkhead behind the seats. I took mine off many years ago.

I have done it, and it works. It can also show where the leak is if you catch it before the leaked oil flows all over the place. But: the black light that comes with the kit is junk. Good luck!

Why do you need to remove the battery to charge it? I charge mine in the car.

Having had Clearplex on my windshield for at least 8 years, I can state categorically that it saved my windshield at least twice! I can strongly agree - have it done! Any visual imperfections are insignificant if the film is properly applied. As far as I know, windshields are no longer available...

Actually, I have found it much easier to replace the battery through one of the radiator vents. It does fit. After loosening the hold down bolt and clamp, you can move pick up and move the battery sideways so its more or less below one of the vents with the frunk lid open. That way you can lift...

Does this occur with the A/C on or off? I have noticed a similar noise in my car sometimes when the A/C is on - I've always assumed it's contraction of cold metal ducting.
