    Mouse repellant

Living in northern NY, in very wooded areas, rodents are a part of life. Things we found that "helped". Note: There is a never ending supply of rodents. We have try/used almost everything mentioned. 1. Cats work, but they don't work full time (we had 3). They are also part of the larger...

    Defuel?

Definitely just drive it. Add fuel, cruise the freeway, enjoy the car. Half tank, fill it up again as mentioned above. I'd put the highest octane fuel from a regular gas station locally. Out west, 91 ethanol is our best. In the NE, 93 and 94 Sunoco. Dont know what FL has. The engine will self...

Wheels - 6 Spoke Aluminum Alloy

BBS sent me a half pint can of optional wheel paint, like 18+ years ago. Was trying to blend a chip on a takeoff wheel I had purchased. The color was close, but not a perfect match, as I was told the paint on the wheels was a multi step process.

    Ford GT - Transaxle Repair?

As mentioned, for $3200, Id keep the old tranny. The VIN dot stamped on the top is worth that in any resale. Rich Brooks is a great source for parts and knowledge. We did my tranny about 5-6 years ago,(don't have my 05 GT file with me atm for exact timing). I ordered a replacement tranny and...

    PO300/PO300d CEL

I was told during delivery that early car had a lot of fouled plug issue due to idling the car for a time( no specified time). The cure that was offered by the delivery specialist ( Thank you Steve) was two quick revs to 4k rpm flowed by engine shutdown. Have done it for 4 years, no problems...

Power cycles on when car is off…

Do you use the Ford app for the car? App has some pretty cool features but also give more access/tracking of your car. Also keeping your key fob close to the car activates stuff. Very active and aware car.

    Windshield Defroster

Per The GT Guy, leave the temp control knob in the hot position when the system is not in use. this positions the blend door with the foam seal away for the cold position. when resting in the cold position over time, the foam will break down and adhere to the ducting and not move. Never seen...

    The Bronco Thread

We've had our for a year+. The 25K discount is off an 12K inflate at the end of 2023. So, 10-14k off earlier Braptor prices. Went with the BRator, because it came with all the upgrades other models needed, and the engineering/ warranty was done by Ford. The 3.0L EB is a big plus. A lot of power...

    Wheels and lug nuts

Lug nuts are made by Dorman I believe. Supplier to OEM's. They make a one piece and two piece lug nut. You really don't want the two piece lug nut. They tend to fail over time and can be difficult to remove...

    2005 DASHBOARD

You might check with Joe at Milliken. There is an updated complete dash from Ford. No issues with the new one. Pete's recommendation are always spot on.. Good place to start.

    NFGT Trans Cooler

Curious what year your car is.. Updated mounts may have been incorporated in later year cars.. Blake, did you have to modify anything to get the heavy duty unit to fit? Thanks
