Despite over 25 2017 FTG's currently on market that I know of, there definitely is a slowdown in BAT listings ( the last listing was 9/24 and no sale). I would love to know the business reason why, as there is no lack of people trying to sell.

I think you will see more with miles after the cycle of 'flippers' thins out and the new owners have the cars. If you only have 10-500 miles on your FGT and now are selling, you motivation is /was to flip at a profit.

Right now we are at 2 weeks since the last 17+ FGT has been listed, I think this has not happened in at least a year or two? This is not because there are none for sale, there are 21 I can find publicly + 3 others I know of

All good points and agree… but one factor is the “reserve not met” is a bust for Bat. Still, there is no better place to find or sell a car imo, with over 1 million registered bidders the reach is broad.

I think there is a surge of original owners now flipping and it's driving the price trends ( along with other factors).. I have found 21 for sale publicly and a few more privately. I am still kicking myself for missing out on one a few weeks ago, I paused and lost it :rolleyes:

My guess is someone will fabricate a replacement or retrofit another actuator in the future. You see this with many vintage supercars specialized parts

so was just the bottom cut on the carbon base then the original material re-fitted to it?

It seems to me that the new FGT's are following the same pattern as my 05 FGT after I bought new. The popped up in value well over MSRP then at one point, actually dipped below and again shot up and seem to keep climbing. The New FGT's that are selling are the lowest they have been to date...
