That is way over BAT money. It was predicted 05-06s would someday pass NFGT pricing! I never would have believed it! To think I almost bought a second GT,a brand new heritage in 06 from a dealer below sticker! ( wife probably had something to do with it!)

I have been to both Detroit rallies. Incredible ! Missed this year’s rally. Notice was late for me. Already planned and went to Pittsburgh GT40 reunion. I drive my GT to them. Seeing all the thumbs up on the way is great!! Is Detroit a reality ? Definitely want to put it on my schedule and early...

I have been traveling through France for last month. I have had no problems with waze ( need unlimited data plan, Europeans use it as well!). Shows most stationary radar, (usually signage as well) they are everywhere! Photo and goes to rental company and may go after you! Maybe 0-5kph graceover...

Looks like going to be great event! I have previous plans, was kind of short notice for me. Went to GT 40 reunion in Pittsburgh this year ( drove car there and back). Love these rallies and specially seeing old friends through the years! I attended first one in 2006. Coming up on 20 year reunion!!

Interesting thought. I drove my car to Pittsburgh GT 40 reunion. I participated in “ parade laps” to raise money for local charity. Fun track , speeds “ limited” to 80 mph. No passing. If there was an accident ( there wasn’t), wonder how insurance companies would treat it!

May be driving directly to track. Where can I get laminate ID card for entry? At Hotel? Will there be info desk or material at the hotel?

Explanation above “ new battery installed for services”. Does this mean if we have older larger battery, even if it is functioning fine , we will need to replace it for servicing? ie, dealer accessing the electronics?

The blades from Ford, just blades? Or entire blade assembly?, are they different?

Tried NAPA, part numbers for blades no longer exist, 6 mm blades tough to find. Would like to keep stock arms, any suggestions?

I use large garment bags behind seats, can hold allot and seatbacks keep them in place. Suction cups on glass worries me since reports of glass breakage ( at altitude?). Passenger foot well also. Wife ‘s shoes get shipped ahead of time if going to reunion!!!

What is parking like for our GTs at the Marriot? Monitored? Covered? Driving mine ( no trailer)

Not sure this has been addressed. Who will be servicing the GTD? Warranty work? All dealers? Complicated hydraulics like Gen2 GTs? Dealers who service Gen2 GTs will have at least more experience and additional work for them!

I agree with above, I too cannot make it because of prior family commitments. I went during GT days. Special and memorable! Only way to go to Lemans!
