Hard to believe but the time has finally come to start the body and paint work! So many one off parts to get to this point, from the suspension to the headlights, it is finally time to move to the next phase. Rich has been amazing to work with, this was a parts car without him.

Photos of the day we bought our Ford GT's.

The car came from a good friend and all I can say is he clearly ran out of talent trying to drive aggressively. Clean title and currently with Rich Brooks. I have just updated another thread with more pics. Tom

The journey continues! Since it has been home last Rich has made some huge improvements. LOT's of work left but we are just chipping away at the parts. First phase was to get it mechanically functional and we are not too far off but the rear lower control arms are still a challenge to get...

Pete, It was for sure in a container but that moisture makes it way in there. I have shipped a bunch of cars back and forth to Australia and it is pretty common. Just surface corrosion and it does wipe off easily, just a PITA because there is lots of clean up. Tom

All the exposed aluminum has a salt/corrosive coating from being on the boat. Easy clean up but LOTS of clean up.
