    Shelby selling GT40 replicas now

The only real Cobras out there are the ones from the 60's, and even if you could find one not many of us could afford it. Forget the 4000 CSX continuation series cars. Where are they being built now, Mexico, Poland, Vegas somewhere! Have you seen the value of a CSX drop like rock the last year...

    Bit the bullett

Ditto AZGT!!! Bought same color so I'm even more partial with my congrats! :cheers I traded an '05 SRT Copperhead Viper and would do it again in a heartbeat. Don't get me wrong, the Viper is an awesome machine just not nearly on the level of the GT as I'm sure you can relate having owned the...

    Shelby selling GT40 replicas now

Very true Daniel. Don't need the BB with the Roush 351 bored and stroked to 427. I own a Superformance Cobra with the 427 Roush and a Tremac 3550 true 5-speed (no overdrive). Wouldn't trade it for the world. The only way I can see the sense in doing an ERA is if you have the time, space and...

Wake up call - Viper tragedy

Hi Guys, I'm sorry to be the one to post this but it comes with good intentions! The Viper Forum is posting another "racing tragedy" on the streets of Canada involving an SRT Viper. We are all a community of sports car enthusiasts and should keep in our minds as well as our friends minds that we...

Does the GT live up to its name?

In my eyes the engineering, fit and finish and materials used on this car are dead on. Think about how short a period of time it took Ford to get this car from the drawing board to the finished product. Are their some parts shelf items in the car, yes. Could they have added some minor...

Pics of my new daily driver

Very true! As a matter of fact he was taking delivery of the GT when I was buying his car. Very nice guy and a pleasure to do biz with. Bought the car sight unseen and it was to the letter when I received it via transport. I had to select from keeping it and getting the GT. Truthfully I liked...

bony I'm in CT! The previous owner was in Fresno. I'm assuming you have seen the car in person. If that is true let all the GT guys in on your opinion. I can attest that the car is downright outrageous.

Here's one for you guys! I've had my car a little over a month now and I was stoked about taking it to the first local show of the year which is a real big event. I'm in CT so everybody had spring fever and we had a picture perfect 75 degree day for the show. While I'm answering a million...

Bang for the Buck Daily driver

Cadillac Escalade EXT. A must have for me due to the 24 foot enclosed trailer I pull my hot rod to shows in. Great truck, lots of luxury, pulls great and the gas mileage I can live with (about 15-17 and 10-12 when I'm pulling 8000 pounds).

MK-It's a factory built turn key race car by Dodge and Evernham motor sports. My car had all the goods, pneaumatic jacks, full fire system etc. You can buy one direct from Dodge like mine with all the upgrades for about 145k. You will need racing credentials to do this though. They've only built...

MK2 GT, What do you think? This is a photo of my Comp Coupe that I just sold. The car went to Texas, to Hennessy Motorsports. I wanted to show you the back but the photos I have are to big (over 97 KB). I'll see if I can figure out how to load them. Dan

Hello guys! Is anyone interested in a custom built 1940 Willys roadster? The car has a fully chromed 528 cubic inch crate Hemi putting out 610 horse and 650 foot lbs. of torque. The paint is incredible as is the all custom leather interior and leather trunk as well as the fully polished or...

Pics of my new daily driver

Awesome car!!! Had to rid of my '05 SRT ragtop to get the GT. Have you ever seen the back of the Viper Comp Coupe. The absolute nicest back end of any car on the market, just my opinion. I wish they would incorporate that back end on to the DOT Viper. Good luck with the car...Dan

    It arrived this afternoon !

Absolutely love the enthusiasm in your post and the numerous trips to the garage. I took delivery on April 3rd and still get blown away by the fact that I own a Ford GT. I still make those trips to the garage. Cherish it, enjoy it and after you've "broken it in", drive the hell out of it...

    1st oil change

Thanks That's sort of what I was expecting to hear. I own a Cobra with a Roush 427 in it and I did my first LOF with 500 miles on it. That motor started it's life with mineral oil and after the first @ 500 and the second @ 2500 I went to synthetic. Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated!

Ford GT vs. Viper on travel channel

Both guys had trouble off the line! I'm sure the times would have been much better had they not spun the tires so hard. Good program though, lots of fun info and footage. :thumbsup
