That's the ballast/ ignitor...and they can be replaced. Just need to look around and you won't need a direct replacement either...

Mclaren's are much faster at speeds...GT has no chance with 700 HP. My modded 991 TTS couldn't catch a 650S at speeds either...

They're both excellent - it's a matter of choice. I prefer the racy design of the ADV1's.
