Sorry to hear you still have not sold the car. Redo the ebay thing and continue to market the car. The right person is out there just have to find them at the right time. Do not know if the GT has a crank positioning sensor but that might be a problem and it does not throw a code. You have to crank the car longer then normal to start it but other times it starts like normal (that was my problem and happened 4 times in the summer so replaced the sensor about...

Saw the S7 in the catalog and it had a reserve, but I did not think it was so low! That car sold very cheap! Now I wish I bid on it.

Do you think the GT would qualify?

Dealers do not make money on oil changes, even at full price . They actually lose money even with the junior mechanics and mostly apprentices doing the work. They do it as a courtesy to customers for future business and i believe (not 100% sure on this just make sense) part of contract with the...

Been emailing Marc on and off since I saw the post on the forum and he was and still is pretty firm on the price. We have gotten off the path a little in the emails and started a discussion about legality of DOT slicks for public streets. Good luck with the purchase. Maybe Marc will pop-up in...

How many of you have Burnished your Brakes?

No matter what type of vehicle you have, when you replace the pads and rotors you should always "seat" (or burnishing) the pads to the rotors. Each type and brand of pad will have a different procedure. 90% of the people are not aware of this (guessing at the number).
