The lithium battery in my 720S uses what looks to be the same charger with different branding. It also makes the same repeated clicking sounds but the car always indicates the battery is fully charged once it is disconnected.

Not sure there is much of a market for another exhaust system. Maybe if they are able to do something to differentiate such as using interchangeable tips so the same system can be used with or without the bumper.

Could also be a difference in ride height which will determine the amount of suspension travel available.

I have not noticed any noise from mine. I believe the Penske harshness is due to limited travel particularly in the front where the car is nearly riding on the bump stops when lowered.

There is something about the exposed heim joints and mounting tabs of the Penske shocks that I really like the look of. That being said the ride is extremely harsh regardless of the settings.

You also have to consider how wheel width can change the tire diameter. Squeezing a wide tire on a narrow wheel as is the case with with the GT and Bridgestones will increase the diameter more than stretching the same tire on a wider wheel.
