    156.9 MPH in 4th Gear!

Well, the industry standard 15% difference between crank hp and wheel hp might not be the same in a RWD mid-engine application like the GT. No drive shafts to soak up power like in a front engine RWD vehicle. I don't know if 660 would be a good crank hp rating, but it would certainly be...

    156.9 MPH in 4th Gear!

Indeed they were. It certainly was not the first time a Ford engine has been under-rated. The 03-04 Cobras were rated at 390hp but most were turning 420 at least. Remember, the early press information for the GT said 500hp. Maybe they should have bumped it up a little more than "just" 50hp...

Blue stripe touch up paint code

I am almost certain that the blue stripe is Sonic Blue. It was a pretty popular color for Ford during the early 2000's. The paint code is SN

    Jay Leno and the P-51

WTB: Billet lower front A arm in near perfect condition

Jason, have you looked around for a salvage piece? I know X2 Collision on Ebay deals with a lot of GT's. I hope this is an isolated incident. I know your car doesn't have a lot of miles, but there are lots of cars with more miles and no reported problems? Trying to find a salvage piece might...

    Great Experience Today

I'll chime in here as one who is on the other side of ownership. Every GT owner I've met was a true example of a "salt of the earth" person. I've gotten closer to these amazing cars than I ever thought possible, but only because of the true kindness of owners. I even have one, if not two...
