Yes, that's what I did. Just supply your VIN# and current mileage, and possibly the letter sent by FORD outlining the repair.

I have no idea, and I haven't heard anyone having problems with them. Some guys even have them with the FORD RACING muffler which have the large Borla tips and have not had problems.
