I’m interested in attaching a battery tender charging cable from my 05 GT battery to perhaps the tow hook mount or in that area. This would alleviate the need to remove the frunk compartment to access the battery and run the cable under the car. There doesn’t look like an access route I can find...

I live on Long Island NY and have access to Nassau and Suffolk counties. Also thanks Ken for your response and kind of figured a Ford dealer would be best and I'm guessing finding a high end dealership that is more familiar with this car as opposed to a Focus.

Can anyone recommend GT technicians in the New York area? I am looking at purchasing a 2005 GT and I wanted to know if there might be any recomendations for handling oil changes and other maintenance requirements. All suggestions are appreciated. Thank You!
