I had a C6 convertible and my brother had a ZO6 so I did get to compare them. I would get the Z in a hearbeat. The ride was not too harsh, the engine and exhaust note were much nicer and it is a ton of bang for the buck. A very good daily driver.

I suspect that alot of us have replaced the heavy stock exhaust system with lighter ones which has had the effect of lowering the aim of our lights. Is there a post somewhere about how to re-aim the headlights? Do I need to access them thru the fender well?
