I should have been more specific, the dirt is on the clear plastic cover on the headlight assembly. This is the part I am trying to remove. If it has to be cut apart, were you able to reassemble the unit? Thanks for the help, had no idea this is how the hi/low beam worked. The pictures are great.

I have a headlight that got water inside (long sad story), after several days of turning it different ways I did get all the water out. However there is now dirt behind the lens. Has anyone tried to take the lens off as described in the utube videos? The light still works but I can't stand...

I am looking for a set of cat convertors and a base radio(Sanyo). I could also use the electrical plug and door speakers for the stereo.
