I have a visual (in my head) of a tapered stripe from the FORD emblem to the windshield, only on the front section, right in the middle. Leave the top and rear alone - the shape is just too complex for a stripe to work on the top and rear sections of the car.

I feel the same - unless its really cheap (so to speak).
