I've had the same issue from day one.Mild oder. Slight fluid loss...19000 miles on my 2017. We tried pressure test , vacuum tests... I changed the coolant tank cap.. I just top off the tank every few months..

Definitely the rocker arm nuts... had the exact same noise.. Sounded like a popcorn popper LOL.. the new nut design was finalized at the end of 2019.. My 2017 was the first car to get the new nut design
