    Beefy Mastiff

Not really. I stood there for a moment trying think what to do, but only came up with putting them all on the side walk. He had a worse habit of checking all the females out who came over. I'm not sure if they approved or not, but he was one lucky dog. John BTW. The dog in the pic is gay and...

    Beefy Mastiff

Well here is my dog practicing his Tai Chi. He's been known to chat it up with the pool guy. Had a Weimaraner that was an excellent guard dog. I taught him to go out and get the news paper for a treat, but one time I left him out for about 15 minutes and when I came out there were about a dozen...

Has a project ever really gotten away from you!

Not sure yet, but thanks for the compliments. Forgot to mention that we completely reworked the suspension including KW Variants, and I started to do a close ratio 5 speed build, but decided to buy a new 6 speed and had it installed. All sanity went out the window. John

Has a project ever really gotten away from you!

Just a quick update. Got the NSX back from Science of Speed. Full engine rebuild with upsizing of engine from 3.0 to 3.2, tons of mods, and a new larger Kenne Bell supercharger. Went from 270hp to 420 rwhp. To say it made a big difference is an understatement. It's a rocket ship now. The Ferrari...

    Houston Police need FASTER Car?

When I was in my early twenties (just a few years ago) Iwas speeding (accidently) through a burb in Houston called Southside Place. Anice area that loved serenity. I look in my rear view mirror and saw that thecop was an elderly gent of maybe 70 or 75. I decided to stop not because I was...

    500 Horse Midget

Trying to find the ramains of that MG Midget is like trying to find Waldo. :lol When I was a kid I remember reading a mag that had a go kart with a turbine engine on it. This looks like it would take total concentration, but worth it. Nice build. :thumbsup John

Feedback requested on Audi R8 5.2 V10 Coupe - Driving and ownership experience.

I bought one from Shelby and loved it, but I then traded it for a spyder. I really love it and I went from the V8 to the V10. Really nice cars and I like the white one Shelby has. John

    Thanks Doctor V8

Sanjay, Sorry I missed it. I got a phone call from Horseless Carriage Transporters saying they were delivering a new toy Saturday. He showed up around 2 so I might have been able to swing by, but you never know with those guys. Looks like it was a huge success. John

Another 'What do you do for a living' thread.

I had a friend who called me a few years ago for some advice on going into business. My advise was to stay in the job he had and retire with benefits. I have known him since we were in high school and knew he didn't have what it took to make a business work. It wasn't that he didn't have the...
