You can remove the plastic vents, keeping the original leather and even have your Carbon Fiber clear coated while it is being done. Not a hard project for a good upholstery shop.

Each Vent has a nut that will secure it to that panel and still fit into the hole in the seat back foam, just like the original did. There is a plastic tool to engage the holes in the vent to hold it in place while tightening the nut with the other tool

With the plastic seat vents in the cars that see use and U.V. starting to tulip around the periphery, I tasked my machine shop to make all-aluminum vents like the prototype car had. Combined with Pe2unia's seat belt pass thru's, I think one can achieve a result much, much nicer than Hot Buttons...

My first set of all-aluminum seat vents arrived from the machine shop and are now being Cerekoted.

I just finished reassembling my headlights (I will Start a separate thread). I believe most of us are wanting to refresh the lens, which is the most likely component to suffer damage. I think we can simplify this project by reproducing the lens and swapping it onto the original headlight...

I just bought an automotive grade catalyzed clear coat from an automotive paint supply. You activate the paint with a plunger and have 6 hours to use it. The spray quality is very good. Even and smooth. It can be cut and polished when cured.

Now my boots on the chassis end of the Tie rod are bad. Are they the same boots as the outer tie rod ends? Edit; I wasn’t sure of the name, I have been advised that it is the Toe Rod. Still have the same questions.

The lens of the headlight is about 1/8" thick.

Might very well be able to polish them without removing them from the car. Might want to check around with the better paint correction shops.

Those look like they have been apart before. The bezel appears to be smoked rather than clear. I also think a lot of those scuffs can be polished out.
