    2006 Red Ford GT

Happy to report that the car has been sold. If the deal unexpectedly falls apart I will relist the car here. Thank you all for your comments and interest. Great car and a great former owner (you must have figured it out by now). Best of luck to the future new owner. Howard

    2006 Red Ford GT

How many "high" mileage FGT's have been available with an appropriately discounted price? 2006 Red Ford GT, 36,000 miles, all four options. No stories, no accidents, clear CARFAX, maintained by a certified Ford GT tech (also certified to the NFGT). Bumper delete, long tube headers, bottom...

    WTB: Ford Performance Exhaust

Remember, Borla went through a couple of design updates on these mufflers, including the Ford Racing branded ones. There's a thread on this web site describing the weld differences to watch for.

Ford Racing Borla Muffler Problems - Need Advice

Chip, before you buy a new Borla contact them and tell them of your problem. I had the exact same issue two or three years ago and they produced a new muffler for me. I have had no problems with the new muffler with roughly 10K miles on it (40K on the car). Thank you to Borla for standing behind...

intermittant guage cluster failure 2006 Ford GT

I've been using a non-Optima, AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) battery of the proper dimensions for years. If you don't care about points deductions at Pebble Beach, just buy a good AGM battery. The C-TEK maintainer, recommended here often, has a specific mode for AGM batteries.

What tools (if any) do you carry?

Recommend an adjustable wrench for the 2005/2006 GT for the battery ground. I got stuck once........never again.

    Windshield sun shade

I developed the 2005/2006 FGT shade for Covercraft when I told them it didn't exist in their catalog. One of you NFGT owners should contact them and offer to use their prototype kit to configure a new windshield shade application.

Who is thinking about another Texas GT Roundup?

Campaigning for a Texas Rally? What's wrong with New Jersey? World class fast food, left leg-strengthening traffic, likelihood of exotic weather and a welcome alternative to the boring culture of patience and politeness. Even Xcentric's unique personality was formed here.
