This is why Ford hasn't offered a diesel in the half ton segment in my estimation. The EcoBoost gives diesel-like performance without the diesel headaches (higher initial cost, higher maintenance cost, fuel price, etc) with the obvious trade-off being fuel-mileage.

Really nice cars. The 2.0 wakes it up a bit, but the 1.6/1.5 is adequate and returns great fuel mileage.

Saleen didn't offer it on the PJ :wink I have heard Ford engineered the car with the glass roof in mind and worked with CDC and Saleen for their respective versions. The Saleen is much better fitting than the CDC, but unlike the Ford glass roof (09+ I believe) the Saleen has no sliding shade...

Cool shots. I believe the PJ's were all built in CA. That looks like the prototype (it was much lower than the production cars due to cut coils). Mine is the only one built with the Saleen Scenic Roof.

Being a n00b I wonder why one would use an auction to sell a nice GT. Seems one could easily receive the listed nets without the extra trouble and expense to the buyer, especially considering the relatively high demand vs supply...?

As a prospective owner, I only hope the values at least plateau over the next year or two while I get my ducks in a row. These Heritage prices are KILLING me.

I have a Killer Instinct original arcade game. A lot of fun but it takes up a lot of space. I've considered one of the above mentioned units with multiple games. Good luck with your decision.
