It's not completely germain to the thread, but if you *ever* get the chance to fly one of these, don't pass it up. I got a chance to fly one (modded to a dual-control two-seater) for about 45 minutes. Even apart from the historical context, this plane is a real thrill to fly and do acrobatics...

You know, I bet we (or I) could get these made in a magnetic, removable, durable vinyl (like a magnetic sign), so people could put them on their vehicles without it being permanent or paint-damaging...

Do both. But for my part, I don't confuse "collecting" with "investing." A weapon's made to be shot; a car's made to be driven. When it comes to these two things, the "investment" ROI is measured by my enjoyment, not the eventual resale value I'm hoping to realize. :-)
