I didn’t even reach back out to them. I suppose I should have let them know about the tune but it never crossed my mind when I brought it in. I already have a new tune and the car is running great.

I brought mine to a Ford dealership for key and fob programming as well. Turns out they deleted my tune in the process. Something to think about if your car is tuned.

Thanks for the response. I did find the confirmation in the spam folder of the correctly entered email a s verified the correctly entered email. It states the items were shipped in 8/4. I copied and pasted the tracking number, USPS can not find the tracking number. I will assume the package...

Thanks all. I am located in WI and wont be registering it in another state. We also have where you can trade in a car and pay less taxes but I won’t be trading in a car.
