Update! I'm going to hold off selling for now ..I sent the Tachometer to the Cooltech crew. It has 4400 miles on the odometer and I added 40 miles over the weekend ..had a lot of peolpe taking pictures and filming while driving I feel like a movie star now.

Yes is it the turn signal bulb or the headlight bulb? The connector and the metal wires on the turn signal bulb can get a bit of corrosion on them..clean them up and your all set. I dont know about the head light bulb.
