YIKES, freak occurrence. I bought one five years ago for a spare from my local Ford dealer who got it from Ford. I paid $209.50. Something must be available for less than $5000. A shop can pinch and solder the punctured tubes. Good luck.

OK.....What could you have possibly done to damage it at the Rally? You make it sound like you were fiddling.

I might also add: When flushing/changing the clutch fluid, the old fluid from the bleed valve to the slave cylinder does not get replaced. Clutch use will slowly mix the new with the old up the fluid line. Sooo.... after awhile flush again, and then repeat again. The fluid will be cleaner...

If the oil pan rubber gasket o-ring s not available, you could clean the gasket and coat it in RTV sealant. Or, just remove the gasket and use a bead of RTV in place of it. Clean and de-grease thoroughly first. Manufacturers often just use RTV and no gasket on various covers like this.
