I'm a "law 'n' order" kinda guy in EVER AREA but this one. These camera's just seem to be nothing more than "big brother's" REVENUE MACHINES to me. They're "justified" by using the "public safety" excuse when in FACT their PRIMARY PURPOSE (and, IMHO, their only purpose) is really providing the gov't with it's own private ATM if you will.

Re: public safety. Can these camera's pull over & STOP someone doing 90 thru the 35 zone they're "patroling"? Where's "public safety" realized there? The dude just continues down the road 'til he HITS someone of something. That's what I'm getting at.
