Exotic Cars at Caesar's Palace File Bankruptcy!

Gave a couple rides to first timers on this Easter Sunday along the Pacific Coast Highway.

What better way to spend Easter, then with family, friends, and, of course, the GT...

Happy Easter forum buddies.

I would think that IF an exotic car dealer is having trouble in Las Vegas, and they have a good location, and decent management and are filing bankruptcy, then the high end hobby is in trouble...

How can you not make money in Las Vegas?

The better the location, the higher the rent...

Perhaps rent escalations made it difficult for them to keep up. Or a higher and better use of the location entered the picture.

It'll possibly be more clear when the replacement tenant shows up, or an alternate use is known...

...but 7000 people a day???

I just can't imagine any business that attracts that number of people per day (you have to be doing something right in the first place to get them in there) can be having financial trouble...That is alot of people...and a few, maybe many, have to have money to spend...amazing...

Before I get long winded here, have you been in this place, Jim?

Mr. Jim...
The 7000 people did not walk into the store, nor did they see the swag....
Nor did they pay $5 per head to walk above many of the third rate cars.
Quality cars in Lost Wages...are sold by Wynn who has the Ferrari Store which Penske manages and
Lambo of Las Vegas owned by Symbolic who is also associated with RM Auctions and
whp is moving inside the Venetian hotel.
As Larry asked, have you been there?

Isn't Exotic Cars at Ceasar's related with GranTurismo Transport?

Dont like paying money to walk around dealerships.

Spend my $ elsewhere.

Did Wynn once.

See more at a NY or CA Ferrari dealership for free.

Well, at least Wynn/Penske gives yuh a cap and some other darn trinket with yur $10 admission. :biggrin ('Don't remember what that other item was right now...)

The time I was there, they had a FGT on the floor. 'Salesman asked if I was looking for a FGT. 'Told him no, I already owned one. He said, "In this color? It is permissable to own more than one, you know." I replied, "You must have me confused with Tim Cantwell.":lol
