Agree. Had both . Now third.

~Stock = silent
~Ford Racing Borla = silent +
-GT guy x pipe = a little louder.

I do not think you can make proper “throat “ on our 2005-06 GT’s with the cats left in place.

Stock is really quiet, but you can sure hear the SC scream which is certainly cool.

If you do 1000 mile days, as I sometimes have, then the stock muffler is nice, and the Ford Racing/Borla as "unsilent" as you want to go.

Even after an early career as a Navy helicopter pilot, I still have most of my hearing. I want to keep it that way.

I've had "stock", Borla, and the GT Guys X pipe. Stock was basically silent, the Borla sounded nice at WOT, and the X-pipe, well it sounds good all the time!!!
