Hotel Booking is now open. When booking you must ask for the "Ford GT Forum Collectors Event" (don't ask :lol ) to receive the group rate of $129 instead of $249 and be included as part of the room block. I only signed an LOA so we aren't legally obligated for anything, but neither is the hotel should we fail to book the necessary 45 rooms in time.

Post up when you're booked!

August 9th-13th (checking out the 13th, no official events that day, but people are welcome to hang around if they want)

There will be regular parking within the hotel lot, and there will be an adjacent lot for the trailers. They have 24 hour security. I'm still looking into possibly using a portion of the Ford lot across the street for trailers if people don't want to pay the 365 for the four days...

DBK, just booked my room at the Ritz, 9th thru 13th. For informational purposes, they told me to fly into the international (Wayne County) airport, about 15 miles away (for the wife who's flying in.) Thanks for all the hard work you and GTJoey have done on this. Should be the event of a lifetime!
