I bought a set of clear splash guards from someone on the forum a couple years ago and they were very nice. I need another set and want to either buy them from someone who also bought them but did not use them or find the guy and beg him to make me another set. I need them in the next 3 or four months.

His name is Jim Byrnes, and is a forum member (jbyrnes). His company is:

Highroad Designs (http://www.highroaddesignsinc.com/)
1111 W. Enclave Circle
Louisville, Colorado, 80027

(303) 808-8268

He stopped producing them in November, 2008, but may be induced to restart production if enough interest is generated.

He gave me this method to clean up existing guards -

If your guards are getting nicked up, try the following 3 step process :
1) sand the scratched area with 1,500 grit (or 2000 grit if you can find it) paper, used wet.
2) Mequiar's no. 17 plastic cleaner on a damp towel
3) Mequiars no. 10 plastic polish on a damp towel

PS - I have no financial interest in promoting his company - I just like his product!

+1 (actually +2 since I have them on both cars.)

Does anyone have a picture further away from the car? I'm curious how they look on the car for over all appearance.
I was considering the Stillen ones before I heard of these.
