Hello,
I've been looking for a midnight blue GT for a month or so and need some help. Please let me know if you all have any lines on an available car. And yes, I have talked to Shelby he is on the lookout as well. I am looking for something with a few miles on her, and looking to spend $140-150K. Thanks for the help guys.

BTW, I would have posted this in classifieds, but non-owners cant post in there I guess. :confused

Thanks, Cavan

Not that I'm aware of. I had talked to the seller of that car quite a bit and I could not get out to see the car anytime soon. The car has a lot of mods and a little paint so I wanted to see it before buying. I still may go see it sometime in December, but wanted to see if anyone knew of anything else on the market. There is also one in Seattle I think, untitled 200 miles and $200K, nice car but I want a driver so might as well buy one already depreciated. Those are the only two blue cars I'm aware of available for sale.

Cavan drop me an email as you have no contact info. I would like to talk with you.

Hey Cavan,

This is an extreme long shot.....

A user here: "Quickdraw", had a list of the remaining GTs to be last sold by color.

They were all over USA, with dealer name, #.

If u get the info, can call; maybe they still have car (dealers own on MSO) or know local owners who want to sell.

What modifications were mandated for European import? Obviously not left hand drive like Australian/New Zealand import.

mainly lights (extra indicators on the side, reverse light, headlight bulb inclination etc etc), the extra in price for euro/uk car is due to VAT+duty. So if you buy a $155k car it becomes GBP 100k at the current exchange rate, 5k shipping plus regulatory mods, 17.5k of VAT (even if it was already paid in the US), 10k import duty. Same story for the other EU countries...

Wouldn't really make sense to import it back in the US! ;-)

ttt, anyone got a lead? Thanks guys, patience is a virtue, right?

...patience is a virtue, right?

Right. Unless of course what you're patiently awaiting is for Megan Fox to beg you for a date...you know, nutty stuff like that...

Meg is my cousin, I'll hook a brother up! :biggrin
