Wheel Paint Source - Did a search but .....

Where can I obtain paint for OEM 6 spoke wheels. Search was of no help. How about something that closely (perfectly works too) matches? Anyone have a recommmendation for a first class wheel refinishing shop? Paint only, no physcial damage.
