Tuned goes to Sarasota to visit Heffner Performance, the first company to ever build a twin-turbo kit for the Lamborghini Gallardo. In a barely marked, unassuming suburban shop, Jason Heffner turns out some of the tuning world's craziest creations. His twin-turbo Lamborghini LP-560 seems so right, however, that we feel it should be standard equipment from the factory.
