Tire help please.

Good day,

I am assisting a friend in selecting replacement tires for his GT and although I have used the search function, I am still not completely clear on which non-Goodyears provide the best fitment on the stock rims.

So...what is the currently the forum's recommendation for a replacement tire?

Is it still the Bridgestone and/or the Michelin? What sizing has proven to be the most popular here?
