With another Le Mans & Ford victory behind us, wanted to share this about the man responsible for the cars that won Le Mans in 1966-1969, Roy Lunn. On July 21, he will be inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame, Dearborn, MI. I just came back from the AHOF and taping of interview about Lunn and his accomplishments. Also, Henry Ford III will be interviewed. It will be shown during the induction and then posted on the AHOF website. Roy is 91 years old and living in California and his granddaughter will accept the honor. This week's Automotive News covers story behind Lunn's induction. I chose a painting of the MK IV that won Le Mans in 1967 as a backdrop for the interviews, photo attached. Here's link to AN coverage, http://www.autonews.com/article/20160620/OEM02/306209968/roy-lunn-turns-to-the-next-peoples-car
