Reproduction Window Sticker

Anyone know if the window sticker is being reproduced or if anyone knows how this could be done. Many cars out there no longer have the sticker. Just curious.

I believe the certificate of authenticity package from Ford Performance group comes with a window sticker. You can do a search on this website for contact info.
