I'm guessing some of you may have met Steve Nesta at either LeMans last year or maybe at the Rally V at VIR. World class nice guy AND world class photographer!
What you may not know is that Steve's assembled and published a book of his work at LeMans:
I'm lucky enough to have a copy now. Emphasis on LUCKY! We have many more on the Forum more elegant with their prose so I won't even begin to try and compete. What I can say about "Reborn" is that is does a wonderful job capturing the experience that was LeMans last year; the chaos at the downtown check-in, autograph session, the Matech hospitality at LeMans, the stress and strain of testing, the joy of leading the class and the disappointment of early retirement.
If you were lucky enough to attend - you need a copy to supplement the photos you took (and don't be surprised to see yourself in one of Steve's shots!).
If you weren't able to attend, this is an incredible collection that pictorially conveys the return of Ford GT's to racing at LeMans.
I have no stake in this other than I call Steve a friend. If you'd like a copy for your own collection, please contact Steve directly, [email protected].
