That would be a huge downgrade. The aftermarket HID kits are 10$ pieces of junk. All OEM HID bulbs (such as ours), have the ballasts built onto the bulb and get to full power in under a second, whereas the kit you linked to has separate ballasts, bulbs and igniters, which take a good 20+ seconds to reach full intensity, not to mention they are just basic aftermarket universal conversion kits, which are the same from one vehicle to the next, except for the 10 cent bases they use.

Our GT's (and my Vipers) have solenoid actuators - which actually move the low beam up at the flick of the high beam switch, so you get instant light on your high beams, unlike that kit which needs 20 seconds or more to reach full intensity. Not only that, but the crappy bulbs do not have the exact length you need for the GT housing, so the focal point is way off and you have to readjust the beam height. Even at that - you can't compare the output and beam spread to what you have in the GT now.

There are NO kits out there that perform even close to an OEM HID setup, in any car. That's why they sell for under 100$.

I've been doing conversion kits forever on vehicles I buy that don't have OEM HID's and they are crap compared to the OEM setups. They are constantly burning igniters, ballasts and bulbs. You get what you pay for. Yes, they are better than halogen, but not even close to OEM HID.

I buy HID conversion kits wholesale for $50-75 a pair. They're not worth 209, or even 159....they can be bought for far less.
